Destroyed Warehouse

This warehouse was destroyed from a large water loss. Their boxes are smooshed on the ground and the contents inside are ruined. If this mess was left for over a week it would increase the restoration cost. The crew would need to replace contaminated materials and perform a structural rebidding. If the water damage was left for at least 48 hours, mold and mildew will begin to grow. Also, doors, windows, and studs swell and warp.
